My training schedule, in the last month.

After my last fight, I have chosen to focus on Grappling and Wrestling, because in the next couple of months, there will be a lot of Grappling turnaments. But also because I have som issues with my big toe, wich is injured after my last fight fight!:(
My goal is to win the Danish Championship in Grappling 2012 - weight: 75 kg. I won the Danish Championship 2011 - weight: 80 kg. So I would like to keep my "titel" as Danish Champion ;)

But next week, I will start to train with thai pads and do some boxing again. I gotta keep it up! So i can develop myself as mma fighter and improve my boxing skills.
And maybe I will get a fight in the next couple of months.
