Training in Tiger Muay Thai, Thailand.
In April 2011, I traveled to Thailand for 2 months, by my self.
Before I went to Thailand I had read a lot about www.tigermuaythai.com in Phuket.
So it was in that camp I was going to spend my two months!

I lived a bungalow in the center of the camp, about 20 meters from the MMA training area, very nice! ;)
I was training 3 times a day, if I wanted to and if my body could handle it.
Tigermuaythai has a lot of different kinds of martial arts and fitness workouts:
- Muay thai,
- Boxing,
- Wrestling,
- MMA,
- BJJ with Gi and No-gi,
- Crossfit,
- Yoga,
- Workouts for weightloss
- Weightlifting.

And it's also possible to get a Private session, with just you and a Coach.
I am sure that it's every fighters dream to live in Tiger! :)
The first month, my focus was on MMA, BJJ and Wrestling.
There were some very good and friendly coaches!
I liked the wrestling class a lot, because it was very hard, and my coach JJ Ambrose (in Bellators Lightweight turnament!) is a very good wrestler, and I learned a lot from him.
The second month, I was training Muay Thai, BJJ and Wrestling!
And I was getting private muay thai training, 3-4 times a week.
It was very nice, to work with thai pads and learn all the technical stuff in Muay thai.
A normal day for me in Thailand:
- 7 am:I woke up, and went out to eat breakfast. Usually Oatmeal.
- 8 or 9 am:
I had a BJJ session or Muay Thai session. After the workout I had a proteindrink. - 11-12 am:
I was going to a restaurant near the camp to have lunch. It's very cheap to eat in Thailand :) - 13 pm:
I had a one hour private Muay thai session, and after that I had a banana protein smoothie;) - From 14 pm to 16pm:
Sparetime!!! Relax in my bed;) or go to the beach. - 16 pm:
Wrestling class! My favorite! - Evening:
Maybe if I was in the mood for it, I took either a MMA or BJJ session. After the session I had some protein and then I went to a restaurant to have dinner with my friends!

My training schedule, in the last month.
After my last fight, I have chosen to focus on Grappling and Wrestling, because in the next couple of months, there will be a lot of Grappling turnaments. But also because I have som issues with my big toe, wich is injured after my last fight fight!:(
My goal is to win the Danish Championship in Grappling 2012 - weight: 75 kg. I won the Danish Championship 2011 - weight: 80 kg. So I would like to keep my "titel" as Danish Champion ;)
But next week, I will start to train with thai pads and do some boxing again. I gotta keep it up! So i can develop myself as mma fighter and improve my boxing skills.
And maybe I will get a fight in the next couple of months.
